** The contest format will be an 11 month ROTM contest. Each monthly winner from January to November will be entered into a final poll in December for everyone to choose their favorite bike for the RIDE OF THE YEAR (ROTY). **
The winner of the ROTY will win a $50 CYCLE GEAR GIFT CARD!!!
-All bikes entered must belong to a ZXFORUMS.com registered member.
-All competitors must have at least 50 posts to enter the competition. We want to ensure prizes and glory go to real members of our forum.
-You must post a picture/pictures that everyone can see. No links!
-We would like to have some info on the bike, including year, model, mods, maybe a little story about the you and the bike.
-If the bike has won a Ride of the Month contest during the current ROTY campaign then you cannot enter that bike again. If you've got a new bike done differently...alright, I'll allow it.
-The entry must be a Kawasaki.
Once the deadline has passed, I will copy the entrant's posts to the voting thread to make voting easier. Also they will be added to the ROTY Voting Thread.
As always, the voting will be done in a separate thread found HERE
I built this bike from the ground up! Every nut, bolt and fastener is new or at least been touched by me. It has a 97 ZX9R motor in it that has been painted to match the bike. Also has a custom clutch cover on it as well that is see thru for a unique look. I'm using ZX9R CV carbs on it with a Factory Pro stage 1 jet kit, Airtech carbon fiber superbike style air box, Dyna 2000 ignition, Dyna coils, Dyna plug wires and NGK plugs. The frame, subframe and swingarm have been powder coated pearl white and pretty much everything else has been chromed and or painted! It started out life as a 92 J model but has some K model parts on it now such as the solo tail, rear shock and exhaust hanger. The tank is a brand new steel J model one. Paint work was done by Artistimo (very highly recommended!) back to the factory paint scheme. The "Batman" decal on the upper which is normally black was custom made in blue to give it a more uniform look. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

There can't be a winner without someone to compete against so therefore I am entering my 2015 zx14r. The history of the bike is I bought the bike spring of 2015 after my 2013 was totalled by a guy pulling out in front of me. November of 2015 I put it in a ditch ( 2015 was not a very good year for me ) due to riding when I knew I was to tired and fatigued to be riding. Worse was my younger brother followed me. He won in February or March last year. All my body work had to be replaced along with all the front mounting brackets, the right side motor mount, headlights, clipons, and mirrors. Things I have added or modified are rostra electronic cruise control, radiator protector, kuryakyn grips, ram mount phone holder, green low profile front turn signals, Coffman exhaust with green tips, smoke rear turn signals, dark smoke integrated tail light, givi side bags with sw motech mounts, fender eliminator self made following directions posted by member on here, and I painted the heel guards. I am probably forgetting a few things. I plan on getting the ecu flashed and I might be done after that.
