Had a great trip from WA to Idaho, Montana, Oregon and back into WA. Rode some really nice roads and 2100 miles total. Had a buddy on his new ZX14 along. Temps were a bit high and triple digits in Baker City, but overall very good no drama trip.
Sisters Oregon on McKenzie Pass
Sawtooth Mountains, Stanley Idaho
Rest Stop, Mitchell Oregon
Rest stop, not sure but I think in Idaho?
Every year I go to Post Falls Idaho and see my friend Bob, he drives his Z06 and we ride our bikes. Chase him up Lolo Pass and he spent 3 days with us this last trip.

God Damn it!!!
Assholes stole my FedEx delivery package off my front door minutes after it was dropped off.
Had my new side plastics and new Key FOB worth $300. I know they thought they hit the mother load as the box was big, but I know they will peer in and say WTF is this and toss it.
FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF this month has been a killer on the wallet.

1st trip on the GTR
I'm totally convinced. I love traveling and also renting bikes so plan to check this out. Just last year I flew into LAX rented a Connie and headed towards what they call the "the Snake" near/on Mullholland Drive because I saw the amazing roads/canyons in that part of CA on the google map. :-) Roads like that makes riding even more enjoyable.

Absolutely meant to include that sign in the pic! The sign has moved a bit in the last few years.

Time for the important question.....
Did you get hitting the deer on video?

White Pass WA, almost turned back due to the snow and ice on the road, 1st day and 2 hours from home. Went on w/o any issues. Just had to be careful

After 4 days finally reach hwy 36, should have been there 2 days ago but lost my IG key.
2 days in Willow Creek CA was tough, but I had a friend that kept me company. Was at my door in the morning waiting for me.
3 riders roll in on 1975 Triumph Tridents. All from England, they do the Isle of Man every year and were in the States doing a 2400 mile trip. Very nice gentlemen and we had a good chat.
To pass the time I read the local ads magazine. No shoes because my sandals are in the side cases and my key to unlock is long gone. Clothes too, but I do buy some pants at Ace hardware.
As I said, after being stranded in Willow Creek I lost all enthusiasm to take pictures.
Went on to Redbluff, Ventura CA,Bend Oregon and back home yesterday.
Next ride in in July to Idaho. Need new tires on the GTR because the fronts are toast! New lower plastics coming and a new transponder. I don't recall this much drama in 105K miles of riding. Definitely one for the books.
