2002 ZX6R no spark or fuel prime.....

Hello im BRANNNNDDDDD new to this forums. The problem i am having is when the bike is turned on and the start button is pressed all i get is the starting trying its hardest to get the bike to start but nothing. i have tested a few things. replaced a few things.

Replaced.
Pick-up coil
fuel pump
fuel pump relay
Rectifier

Tested
Side-Stance switch
Killswitch
IC igniter (gets power so i think it good but idk...)
Stick-Coils (gets voltage, just doesnt ground to create spark.)

So with that being said i dont know what to look for at this point other then replacing the Ic igniter (cdi) which is around 100 bucks on ebay right now... please anyone HELPPPP

I would not replace anything more until you pinpoint the exact issue and it’s cause. Not likely to be the igniter.
Was the bike running until now? Did something change (parts replaced, bike disassembled...)? Just a little back story and someone can probably point you in the right direction.

the bike supposedly ran before it was parked for years... they lost the key so started trying to hotwire it. homie had to move and didnt want to take the bike or deal with it anymore soo 200 bucks got me the bike. other then the ignition switch clutch basket and front fairings removed everything seemed to be there and alright. bike cranks like a mofo but doesnt kick over.... just got a ic igniter today in the mail, didnt solve anything... i got a new ignition switch from ebay which is how i can get the bikes starter to engage and try to get the bike to start. but no fuel no spark no zroom.

Since you replaced the ignition with a non OEM, I would bet that it is the source of no spark/ start. I am not super familiar with the 6R but most Kawasaki’s have a grey wire which is a built in anti theft device. It prevents the bike from being hot wired, as you found out.
When the ignition is turned on, the grey wire HAS TO send 6v to the CDI or it will not spark. If 12v is sent (hotwiring) or not enough (<5V), it will crank over but will not spark. Usually aftermarket switches require an inline resistor to get the correct voltage.
