Does it run fine the rest of the time?
Is it carb icing? (Common this time of year, high humidity and just-above-freezing temps.)
Is it raining, and maybe you've got water in the fuel tank?
Are the HT leads properly stuck down onto the plugs?
Try draining the float bowls and sync'ing the carbs, and running it out on a nice dry and warm-ish day.
