zx12r conversion

im lookin to put a zx12r motor into mi 98 zx9r...whats the best option(year,carb or fi,) is there a bolt in process or is there fabrication involved????

I dont think its possible. The 12 motor is quite a bit taller and wider. Neat trick if you can do it though. Keep us posted..

ya im itching to make a sleeper i was shootin for a 14 conversion but no one wants to touch that one

doin some gas tank mods would have to be done im guessing...maybe using a 12 tank??? if i had a 12 to sit next to mi 9 i might be able to tell...theres a guy out of canada who says he's seen it done....the 98 zx9r is a rather large bike..... i jus dont know where to start

I dont know...I own a 99'C2 and its not very large...actually I'm almost positive it shares it's frame with the ZX6R of the same era.

And does the ZX12R not carry it's fuel very,very low, with most of the upper area of the tank just a hollow space to clear the airbox?...but maybe I'm mistaken about that...

the 6 looks smaller.... all the ones i see out there...i got a homie wit a zz12 and mi bike looks bigger....im sure it could be done its jus a matter of how where and how much
