Stolen ZX-9r in Connecticut

Hey guys. Well, my pride and joy was stolen on Monday (11/9) from right in front of my condo in Middletown, Ct. I bought the bike nearly two years ago, and have enjoyed it ever since. The bike was covered with a grey Nelson Rigg Falcon 3000 cover and had a yellow Kryptonite Disk lock on the front.
Hopefully if someone on this forum lives in central Connecticut and maybe hears or sees something, I might have a chance at getting it back.
If anybody catches wind of anything, please contact me at cmf302@hotmail.com Thanks.
Chris

Can you post up some of the VIN / KAWI codes or portions thereof? It should be listed on your registration and help weed out false leads.

I feel for your despair. Hopefully something will turn up.

Wow man, that's a sweet bike. Sorry to hear. There aren't many that look that nice around, so I'll remember if I see it. Good luck.

1999 ZX-9r Blue, Redwood City, CA - Craigslist -- mileage is different. Strangely there's no information on the bike, just two pics.

looks like a stock front saddle on that one, no flush mounts, no double bubble. still mighty strange on the lack of more info.

EDIT: no pilot powers either.

Sorry to hear someone jacked your baby.

And, as usual, I hope they find the fuckers who stole it and sodomize their childhoods like the little bitches they are.

Well, it'll be two weeks on Monday since my bike was stolen. Thought I had some leads, but nothing came of it, and the police have nothing.
It was fully insured, and it seems that Progressive is ready to settle out the claim.
I still hope to find the worthless fucks who took it, as do a select group of my friends who are waiting for the call from me. I won't stop looking for whoever did this.

Just a heads up to you guys in central/south central Connecticut.
In my meetings with various local police Detectives, it seems that there is a group of motorcycle thieves working these areas. They are using a white box truck, and scooping up bikes when they find them. One of my neighbors saw a white box truck in our complex that day, so I'm pretty sure it was the same guys. I was told by one Detective that many stolen parts are showing up in New Haven. I was also told that mine wasn't the only one stolen in this area recently, several were taken from the Wallingford/Meriden area, and a white box truck was used each time. Be careful out there!!

pack of assholes that would just assume rape your dog as steal your bike. One thing is sure in this shitty world, and that is karma. They will get theirs, hopefully not by you (no sense in doing time for doing right), but rest assured they will get what is coming to them.

bike thieves

i swear having your bike nicked hurts more than any other crime , really sorry to hear about your loss,
My first bike was stolen - on the day i'd finished restoring it and re-taxed it,
I've recently bought a zx9r f2p and am a bit edgy ,
Personally i wish colon cancer on those who nick , handle or buy stolen bikes
