Size wise, they probably will. Internally very different. Dunno about whether or not their vacuum hose, fuel lines, and electronic connectors hook up too. Given how different they are internally, I'd say rebuild yours or keep looking for some used Bs.

Copied from another post I did: I'll see if I can get this right. Always assume a typo and get your own shop manual to use as the primary source of repair & specification information.

Model.........ZX-9rB..........ZX-9rC
main jet.US...#190...........#155
main jet.other#200
jet needle....staggered.....same
pilot jet......#35..............#38
pilot airscrew.(1.5 +/- 1/4)...2.0
turns

Model.........ZX-9rE..........ZX-9rF
main jet 1/4...#160...........#165
main jet.2/3...#165...........#160
jet needle....same............staggered
pilot jet......#38..............#38
pilot airscrew.(1 5/8).......(unknown)
turns

Float height for E is 4mm +/- 2mm. All others 13mm +/- 2mm.

The F model main jet stagger is correct, it's the reverse of the E. I have a spare set of these CVKD carbs and visually confirmed the sizes. Strange, I know.

Have to ask why do you want C model carbs ?. As the B model ones are fine just make sure you dont buy restricted ones , yip they did restrict some B models through the carbs (125bhp restricted) and 135bhp unrestricted . the way to check is to see if the carb slides push up flush if they dont and stick out about 10mm then they are restricted and you will need the zxr 750 L model carb slides not the carb tops as some folk think but the slides and these will fit into your 40mm zx9 carbs .

Honestly i would stay with the b model carbs or if your brave get a set of flatsides off the zxr 750m or k model .

Also its worth saying californian settings are totaly diffrent from other areas as they screw down bikes for emmissions so carb settings could be diffrent .
