Which zx9 to buy?

So I have two bikes to decide from, going to pick on up this weekend.

Bike 1 - 2002 Orange/Black 9k miles, Muzzy slip-on., mint condition $5400

I love this color scheme and the bike is in great shape. The price seems to be towards the upper end for this bike, but it might be one of the more sought after color schemes. I talked him down to this price from $5650, he is super firm at $5400.

Bike 2 - 2003 Silver 10k miles, Yosh slip-on, sliders, mint condition, $4850

I'm not super hot on the color, but this is a steal price for this bike. I talked him down to this price from $5350 so he is also firm at $4850.

What would you do? I could almost pay for a paint job on the silver bike with the savings, but I always hate bikes that have been repainted, the seem to look a little tacky! I could buy some upgrades though with the savings: Corbin seat, double bubble, and undertail.

HELP!

i'd have to go with the orange one, you dont see as many of those compared to the silver one's like i have, however both of them sound like nice bikes.

Def the orange. You don't see a whole lot of orange on sport bikes these days. But just about every damn make of sport bike rolls off silver bikes. too bad the prices are so different. But if you do go with the silver I would just say add some black stripes or somethin to it and even the silver would look sharp

I own the 2002 ZX 9r. It's a great bike. The main difference between the two is that the 2002 is a carbed and the 2003 is fuel injected. Once you decide which set-up you want, then make your decision. But I would go with the orange 2002.

I found another orange '02 model with 12miles on it and got it for $4600 :)
I agree, the burnt orange color is very rare among sportbikes.
