Heat wrap or heat resistant paint?

I recently put a muzzy pipe on my bike, I had to use a galvanized midpipe. I wanted to know which is better, heat wrap or heat resistant paint? If anyone has any suggestions or experience please give me advice.

some people say wrap hurts your pipe, but i have had good expierence with it, really eliminates heat off the bike. i like the look as well. just be sure to spray the wrap so water doesnt get to your pipe.

Wrap will be your best bet there.
