The rear needs some new spacers and Ken at BRG is custom fabricating some captive spacers and hanger for the brake caliper.
The reason for the CBR pirch was because CRG does not make a hydraulic pirch for the 7R.
Hope this helps, if not chime back in, it might take me a couple or so days to respond, but I will.

Dude that is one sweet looking ride. Your a man after my own heart. I to started building what Kawi shaould have, only went a little different route. I started with a 01 ZX7-R and put a 06 ZX6-R front end on it. Sounds from all the links it was the exact same situation that you ran into. I choose to use the 7's bearings cause they look a little beefier. As far as the triple clamp stops the fork tubes hit the frame before anything hits a gas tank. I didnt stop there though I installed the entire rear swingarm and shock assembly also. With all that and the ZX6 wheels I am at 387lb dry right now. The handleing is better cause of the upgraded suspension and the trail gets changed by 3/4 of an inch. I would post pics here but havnt figured it out yet. So here is a link to the website if interested. http://sports.groups.yahoo.com/group/KawasakiZX7RR/ my next mod will be the entire fuel injection system off of the zx6. The only real problem will be the intake as the 6 is narrower, but nothing to daunting. I too am going to build a track bike also with the 7 frame and a 9 engine so will be following yours closley. Been away for some time now, haven't I?? Well I'm back and the build now picks up where I left off. The motor will be put together within the next couple of weeks. Then the dyno. No worries though I'll be postin up some new pics as progress is made.

04 rims
Hey dude that is going to be a sweet bike.
Just a little input here.
The 2004 front zx10R rim had a recal. Not all front rims were recalled but, a few were. Do a google search for kawaski recal and there will be a posting, there is a serial number on the rim you can source for which ones.
That clear coat on the frame looks great.

Looks good. I wish we could just buy bike kits, and build them the way we want.
