please help i bought a 1997 zx7r from a guy that has been sitting for 3 yrs in a back yard. the bike runs if you spray starter fluid down the cards but if you hook the fuel tank up, yhe fuel shoots threw the evap system into the air box. i rerouted the hose from the carbs to flow threw and when you strat the bike the fuel flows like a water hose do i have a carb from and any ideas

It sound like you have stuck floats pull the carbs off and clean them and see if that helps.The vents are at the top of the carbs and if the carbs are flooding it will do that.You should pull them off and go through them because of sitting for three years and change the oil and filter.
