i have a 87 zx750r and i had to replace the stock air box with air pods because the box was shot where it meets the carbs... but now it doesnt respond or pull hard when i lay on the gas ,if i gently pull on the throttle it revs up np should i invest my life into tuning the carbs or look for another air box? also there was a tube that ran from the air box to what looks like a breathe hole right below it between the airbox and carbs .. should i cap it or put a hose on it and let it dangle?
