The short answer is no.I just compared the two.I have a 91 zx7r and a 93 zx7 so I was able to look at them side by side.The front of the two is angled differently.The 91 seat has longer ears and sharper points than the 93.The hook on the bottom front that goes under the gas tank mounting strap is deeper on the 93 than the 91's.This is because the 93 tank sits higher.The subframes are different on the two.The 93 has tabs that stand almost vertical for the subframe to bolt to.the 91's subframe bolts to short ears on the frame.this changes the location of the front of the seat in relationship to the tank.The 93 tank also drops down below the seat line. The 91 tank stops at the seat level.The back of the 93 tank is wider and more round than the 91 tank.The seats simply interface the tanks differently.The back of the 91 seat angles down to the back of the seat.The 93 seat has a sharper slash cut in it going the opposite direction to the 91 seat.I hope this helps you.
