is there an ignition advancer available for your machine? 4-5 degrees is usually safe!
How about a K&N or Pipercross Filter? you'll need an OEM shaped one so you can retain your airbox as i beleive your ZX7R has RAM-AIR (correct?), but you'll then need to rejet.
You could then use Nitrous Oxide / NOS. A dry shot into the airbox will give you a few more BHP still, but it's not continuous power. Without spending thousands, i'd say your cheapest bet is buy a ZX10R.
