93 ZX7 Dropping motor tips?

Allright, I have a buddy to help me on this, Anyone have any tips on removing the motor?

Got the bike on stands, Got the jack and some blocks, Removed radiator/oil cooler/coolant and the like, Wiring harness removed.

Etc.

Anyone have any tips/helpful information? I have already Made a tool to remove the Kawasaki Locknuts.

Remove chain from sprockets, and start removing bolts closer to the subframe first then tackle the bolts connecting the head to the frame. Remember to put the block on the head of the jack to minimize damage.
