Been fixing up an old zx, bike runs great, nice sound good power, my problem is that if I take my hands off the bars they start to wiggle back and forth not unlike a tank slapper but just the front end. Strange part is all it takes is a tiny bit of pressure on the bars and it doesn't do it at all, you would never notice a problem if you kept both hands on the bars all the time. I had another set of rotors lying around so I threw them on didn't seem to make a difference. Any suggestions? Seems to do it at all speeds on the decel with my hands off the bars.
Thanks

best guess would be an improperly mounted tire. try getting it rebalanced at a shop
