Unhappy stupid bike

ok so i had a problem with my bike not starting once it was hot and someone on here had the same problem and said it was just a vac. line well i took it apart and checked everything and stuck it all back togeather and it seemed to be fixed well i took it out just around the block and it died before i could get back home and now it just worn start..... it sounded like it wanted to start for a split sec. but that was it. i took it all back apart and checked everything and it all seemed to be ok i got it all back togeather and still nothing it kinda sounds like its not getting gas.......anyone have any idea? if i can fix it myself i would love it. i hate giving my bike to someone i dont know and i dont like giving up my money

break out your service manual and see troubleshooting

electrical or fuel

you do have a manual right?

Get a Factory Kawasaki manual for the bike. You can find them on ebay pretty cheap.

The other manuals are decent but they can't beat the kawasaki manual.

If you don't want to do the work yourself then take it to a shop

well... your gonna pay one way or another.... buy the manual... or leave it at a shop...
if you call up a shop... sometimes they will help you out quick if yer there first thing in the morning... and they may fix it in minutes...

then buy the manual..... you didn't say if you checked your fuse box... ya never know.. somethin' small and simple is usually the problem...

You need 3 things for combustion..... Spark, Fuel, and compression.


It's that simple!!! right?

just food for thought i guess.

I'm leaning towards a spark issue since ur problem seems to be intermittent.

just my 2 cents.
