bulb problem--speedometer

How do I get to the bulbs in the speedometer. I have 1 that is burnt out.

I have a 96 so it will be the same.

Remove the upper fairing.

Unscrew the knurled retaining ring and disconnect the speedo cable.

Disconnect the instrument cluster wiring connectors.

Remove the instrument cluster. Should be 3 bolts holding it on. Try to keep it right way up as much as possible so you don't damage the gauges.

Remove the rubber access plug from the rear and rotate the bulb holder counter clockwise to remove it from the board.

Replace the bulb Part # 92069 BULB,12V3.4W

Repeat steps in reverse order to put back together
