hey jvela, as i put in your other thread about this...".i cant help you with that, but why do you need the fan on constantly? the bikes not running hot is it? if so the fan on constant is a poor and quick diagnosis/fix respectively. its designed to cut in at a certain temp to maintain it. hows it going to get to running temp. when its cold? and if you put a manual switch on it, your sure to forget at some point in time and poss. overheat the engine...not being negative, just curious." you didnt say it runs hot. knowing that, have you checked the coolant level, radiator condition, thermostat, hose condition? maybe you need to pull the rad. etc. off and inspect a few things (being an older bike)or take it to a mech. got a manual? if not ask someone here who can pass on a pdf manual your way.or search for it on the net, theres a few sites out there that will let you download for free. youre not fixing it by wiring the fan on.
