hes looking for somone that has their gauges taken apart and put the faces on a scanner- hence the hi res. what you do with the pics of the gauges is (if put in the correct scale) you can photoshop whatever colors/design backgrounds and then print on "best" photo paper you can find...you can go a step further and laminate them for durability, and you have your very own very custom set of gauge face lay overs...did it on my old ford bronco, turned out great but moisture eventually destroyed them. if you search around you can find a good writeup with step by step.
as far as removing needles, just dont do it-unless you know of some special way that i dont know of...mine were a little inaccurate, still in the ballpark by 2-3mph but just an annoyance. i believe there is a technique to make a clean cut down from the middle of the gauge and just slide them over the needles-but i havnt tried ever.

That is cool. I may have to try it on my spare speedo.

I made my own speedometer and tachometer on freehand since i couldn't find them anywhere on the net. I can't post it here, cause of my limited free membership. If you need i can post it your e-mail or i send it to you through the msn.

I have a set of those bad boyz on the 14, and they are sweet IMO, especially at night, you can change color and dim them down so less of a distraction, white in the day Black at night.

close to what i was looking for...definatly going to be a mod of mine but since the used set of gauges were less than the aftermarket inglows, theyre not real high up on my priority yet. so...if anyone can scan the indiglow if/when they buy em-could you scan em PLEASE? i know it wouldnt be as cool as indiglow, but with LED bulbs, its a cheaper alternative for now.

I ordered them. They had 10% off plus free shipping. Made the 71.99 not too bad.

Got the new gauges installed today and they look sweet. I did have to take the needles off though. I hope I got everything back together right. It seems like the rpm gauge is sticking a little. I haven't gotten to take it out yet to see about the speedometer.
