how to remove stock rear brake light, 93 zx7

im going to try and not sound to dumb, but i have purchased a integrated one off ebay. I have not been able to get my stock rear brake light off, i know there is just three bolts to get it removed but these things arent budging and im almost to the point were im just gonna break it off. any help and yes ive tried wd 40. im see what you guys tell me, hopefully its not hate lol.

try some pb blaster! when you used the wd40 did you let it sit for awhile before trying to brake the screws loose?
