gas mileage

what do you guys get on average for mileage on a full tank. I've gone about 97 miles on my tank and its my first one with this bike...how much further before I need to fill up?

I can get 260km (160miles) until the fuel warning light comes on (13.5L used) with my ZX6R. I usually fill around 200km

I fill up my ZX7R at about 120-130 miles. I think you can get about 150 to a tank but I don't like pushing it to far, because I have ran out.

haha i actually ran out today.....thank god for the reserve i went about 110 on the first 3.5 gallons....so i figure with the reserve i would've gotten about 140......does that sound right?

Im with the chief. I fill mine about 125mi. I ran it out of gas once around 135 and at the time was new to riding and forgot about my reserve so I ended up pushing it about 1/4mi to a gas a station. It took about 3.8gal I think to fill up. At 125mi Im usually putting just a hair over 3gal in her. I avg right at 40mpg depending on how I ride.

i get about 95 in town and 120 on the freeway doing 120+ mph

'99 ZX-7R (jetted) 10 miles one way to and from work, 7 miles freeway I get 32mpg. When I tuck (hug the tank) most of the way I get 37mpg (average 80mph on freeway).

My son's fuel injected '05 636 gets almost 40mpg, and he rides like a maniac.

Last fill-up I saw 46MPG, which I think is a personal record. Back road commuting with a surprising number of cops around. A lot of short-shifting and coasting past radar guns.


Did I mention I ride like a tulip?

I fill up in the 140-150 mile range. Had to hit reserve once at the 160 mark.
