Fuel Pump

--2000 ZX7R--

My bike clicks when you hit the start button. If you unhook the fuel pump it will turn over every time. I think the fuel pump is shorting out on me, have another pump on the way to try.

Has anyone else had this issue before?

Tap the starter solenoid with a screwdriver or spanned the next time it clicks.... it could be faulty

If You Are Going To Change The Relay Just Buy One At A Auto Parts Store For 4 Bucks! I Had A Bad Headlight Relay And The Dealership Wanted $80 For The Oem One, So I Just Went To Advanced And Bought One.
