couple questions from new member

hey everyone this forum has been really insitefull wish i would have found it earlier probably saved me some time and money, and i think its really cool that people are just generally helpfull towards other ZX owners. i hope to give my advice as well as take it here in the future.

Umm anyways couple months ago i found a steal on craigslist, $900 cash for my 95 zx7. The guy said it didn't start or run, no fairings but the tail. But i had been without a bike for a couple years, money was tight and i wanted a bike for this summer. So i asked the better half and she said if you really think its worth it, which scared me even more haha. Anyways with $900 cash shaking in my hand i picked up the bike not knowing what the hell i was doing. Sorry so long.......i got the bike home, took the tank off and lone behold the carb was kicked there was a gap about a half inch between the carb and boot haha, no wonder why this genious couldn't get it to run. So put it on straight tightened her down and sure as s@$t it fired right up a little rough but was running. So after taking apart the carb down to tiny pieces and cleaning everything i have a 95, 7 that runs and starts awesome. So to my questions.

does anyone stunt early 90, 7's?
if so do i have to fab my own 12 bar and crash cage cause i can't find them any where.
oh and i have the leaky slave cylinder thing that everyone is talking about what do i have to replace in order to get the leakage to quite?

well thanks in advance for the help.

umm cluth release assembly i guess they call it. where the clutch hydraulic line goes into the case and hits the push rod. you guys were talking about it a while back but nobody really said what they did to fix it. i was thinking of putting some silicone around it but thats not really fixing the problem but just putting a bandaid on it. thanks.

i suppose if your slave cylinder leaks bad enough you can't bleed your clutch? Atleast thats what i have learned from 5 hours of f-ing with it. Plus the piston was seized up and i couldn't get it out well not until i heated it up with the torch haha i got it out then, but wasn't to good for the seal. So im just gonna pick up and whole new assembly for $87, and hope that that does the trick.
