brand new when i got it, 
After the accident(my fault, doing wheelies)where I broke 5 bones on my right leg, including my right anke lol..I guess it's like they say, its not really yours till u crash it!

i love this exhaust. i actually saw someone selling it used on kawiforums.com classifieds for $200. so i hopped on that deal because all the slip-ons for this bike are at least $400. its in perfect condition too. i have absolutely no problems with it and it sounds awesome. its loud and has a mean growl to it. if you want i can record a video for you. let me know.
