Exclamation Help!!!

I've been riding an '05 636 for a couple of years now. I also drag it. At my last race, it suddenly lost power. It seems to run okay, but over 6k rpm has a slight vibration, and over 1/2 throttle acts like it's a 250... I already replaced the fuel pump and plugs, and neither indicated any unusual patterns. The bike has minimal mods to the running gear (tuned length open header, k&n intake, ngk plugs). Due to the pipe, it's hard to tell if there is a lag or unusual vibration in the low range, as the bike "cams" and lags due to loss of back pressure. This bike is also my commuter, so I can't just tear it down and rebuild at my leisure. Any ideas would be appreciated...
