Hey! I was trying to remove my seat off of my '07 ZX6R. The hubby usually does ALL my work but he is out of the country and my batt is dead! Please HELP!

I have an 08 but should be the same, there is two black plastic pieces directly under the seat on either side, take the bolts off those, remove, and you should see some allen head bolts holding the seat on underneath those plastics.

Do you have your manual handy? I am not sure but I think you should just remove the two tank side panels (allen head bolts and some snaps in the rear of the plastic)and then two allen head bolts directly under the seat (one on each side)

invest in a trickle charge with leads that u mount on ur terminals and + and - leads come to a connector you can stash anywhere accessible on ur bike so if u need to charge you dont have to remove seat.

Thats what I have , nice battery tender works great .. I wired it direct to the battery so when I'm not riding its on the tender. Some people are scared to even use such a device as they think it's doing a constant charge to the battery , when really all it's doing is pulsating current.

Grab someone to help you push (unless your feeling strong)
Put the bike in first
Turn the bike on
Pull in the clutch
Push with all your might
Hop on it real quick and let go of the clutch when your ass smacks the seat

Works like a charm every time. Batteries suck and never last or hold a charge. Idk. I wish it had a damn kick start lol

Letting it sit and run will charge it.
