if the clutch was going it would get to about 10-11k (depending if the top of the gear is going or the bottom ) and slip like you were doing a rolling burnout.. like if you get it to 10k and chop the throttle all the way to WOT and it slips.. ur clutch is going. cuz a stock 6r isnt gonna spin the tyres without TRYING to do it in 3rd gear. unless its wet.. even then you gotta slip the clutch first.
If you DID do a burnout you would feel the rear tyre loose under your butt and if your not expecting it the bike will probly get a little sideways..then it would be a whole different post from you..
If it asnt happened since then you just didnt flick your foot hard enough or didnt have the clutch in enough to engage the gear right. happy riding!
