well i am looking at my directions from my kit and for my 07 the rear turn lights the black is negative and the green is positive on the wires from the bike, so what i would do if i were you is just do a dry mock up and hook black to black and the yellow from the kit to the kind of blue on the bike and see if it works, thats what i did to get the right configuration

I will be installing some new rear lights soon and I will be doing "trial and error". Hook it up... if it works..... it works.... if not, try, try again lol.

With LED lights you may need to change the flasher relay. There is only one flasher relay on the zx6 (at the front) so if you change this for a LED relay it may effect the front lights!? I have asked motorcycle mechanics and that is their verdict.
Oxford have mini LED indicators that have built in resistors to keep the correct flash rate, best choice I think, and they have a few different shapes to choose from.
