Here's a very simple question 95 zx6r should the coils and fuel pump be getting 12v or 9v from the IC igniter? I've been searching and can't find the answer.
As the multiple model Haynes manual shows connecting the fuel pump to a 12v battery for a pump pressure test there is more than a fair chance that it should be 12v. Check the fuel pump relay for volts in and out.
