Question Another 07 zx6r Q

Hey whats up everyone? Im brand new to the forum and I just purchased an 07 6r and have almost 3k miles on. I recently noticed a noise it developed when I let the bike engine break. When I down shift and completely disengage the clutch my bike makes a funny noise it almost sounds like tearing a piece of paper if that makes any sense? It seems to only do it under hard engine breaking, my last bike was a Kawi 650r and i never heard it make a noise like that when I downshifted. Maybe I just didnt notice because after about 1000 miles I put a really loud slip-on on it and couldnt hear it. So in a nut shell does anyone know if this is normal. I know these are really loud and buzzy bikes so maybe this is just another noise ill have to deal with, possibly being a side effect of the slipper clutch. If anyone has any feedback it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

you could be hearing the brake pads rubbing on the rotors. That's the only thing I can think of that makes a noise even close to that. unless you have a bad bearing somewhere. try getting up to speed and just pulling in the clutch with out shifting and listen to it.

Thanks for the responses. I didnt hear the noise as much today but it was still there but only slightly. When it was really noticable as soon as I would pull in the clutch I didnt hear the noise.
