Agreed. I've got the full single system but here's the dual slip on version. No idea where to find lowest price. With baffle in it sounds damn near factory. Out (as I keep it) it just sounds, well, nice!...but NOT loud.
Here's A link...
http://www.kneedraggers.com/details/...4--643460.html
Here's a pic of the single on mine.
As an additional comment...the factory seat SUCKS for a passenger...slopes forwards way too much...my Sargent is MUCH better according to my wife.

You "think" but assure it's "a must"? WTF...... how can you say something is a must if you only think it's a must?

Let's recap.
Mike's former Muzzy slipons ROCK in the sound department.
My Yoshimura R77 is much quieter.
Carbon fiber IS much cooler to the touch during operation than stainless or titanium...I KNOW.
Oh, and when Mike gets done with his Gixxer he ought to let me know, because it ROCKS...I think, so it's a must.

Next month.....cams!

just installed yoshimura r77 stainless slips on's. much more comfortable (for me) with baffle insert installed. bought used so don't know exactly what the condition of inside packing material. fit is very good. just gives throttle response a little more feel, vibration and deeper sound which to me is about perfect. seems to have just a slight more usable low end grunt and more enjoyable and satisfying throttle roll on. with the baffle out, to me, just seems too rough sounding until higher rpm's (7,8000+). it is possible i did not tighten the clamps enough and was leaking when tried with baffle out but after installing baffles and re-tightening everything, i did not desire to switch back. the cans do not get nearly as searing hot as stock and do not stick out as much or as far back. a touch nicer turn in at slower speeds from weight savings. seems very well engineered and designed. a carbon fiber was what i was hoping for, but i won't be going back to stock. this engine is so smooth and refined, a little more rip is just what it needs.

i have the 2 bros carbon fiber slip ons, my wife says they don't get hot at all and she likes that but she says they are loud, not headache or obnoxious loud but still in her words when i asked do you think they are loud she says "well, it isn't quiet" so maybe don't get the ones i have.

Don't go with Two Brothers. They sound awesome (like a tribute to Pavarotti), but they are freaking loud!

I like my yosh trc's. Good sound, not too loud, and they look good.
You should also check youtube. There's a bunch of different exhausts you can see and listen to.
