Anyone else here using the Gorilla alarm? I just installed mine tonight and it works great. I mounted the main unit and the tilt sensor behind the gauge cluster and the remote pager antenna under the plastic tank cover. With the siren mounted at the base of the windshield it acts like a megaphone and makes the siren much louder than if it were mounted under the seat. The remote pager is neat also. The whole system was only $129 and for that price it a steal.

Link or specs as Im looking for a alarm as I want to keep this one for awhile LOL
Also does it have a kill or panic button on it in case you are not on the bike as it rides away ?

as for the panic situation i know you can set it off with the remote but it doesnt kill the bike or anything it will just set the alarm off which would make someone riding away look mighty suspicious.

how does the remote pager work i was wondering about it cause i can still get it as an add on. i have heard they werent that great so i just went for a straight alarm.

The pager will elert you up to 1/2 mile from the bike when the alarm is triggered. It has an LCD display that shows the status of the alarm,which sensor was triggered,the time,ect. Works very well. The reason I wanted it was because it will allow you to leave your bike knowing that if someone messess with it at least you'll know it. It will alert you with a tone or vibrate.

i am debating on getting the pager system but the only time its not in ear shot range is when i am in class.

and dogszzr mine didnt go down with progressive i was told the only way to get a discount was if i got lojack on it.

I have not even contacted my insurance company about it yet. Dont know if they will give me a break for having it or not.
