2010 '14's under MSRP in Denver?
I'm really wanting one of the '10's in titanium and black, but so far the only dealer I've talked to in the Denver area wants MSRP + prep + 8.16% tax = $15,242 OTD or no sale.
If anybody has heard of or knows any dealers that are already discounting these bikes, please let me know. No way I'll ever pay MSRP for one. $500 over invoice plus prep & tax is as high as I'll go.
Otherwise, I'll wait till about this time next year and get one for dealer cost.
Thanks,
John

I just checked the website that I use for pricing. They don't have the 2010 yet.
OTD Cyclesports Auburn
(530) 885-7105
Price: $11,599
2009 Special Edition Candy Burnt Orange/Metallica Diablo Black: $11,699
All prices are "Out the Door", which includes all taxes, license, and government fees. We DO NOT charge freight and setup fees.

Thanks. I got an identical quote for the same bike here. Just can't take those hideous colors though.
Thanks again,
John

sounds normal if you want it before others can get it = you pay
wait till spring and you will get a little off but if sales stay high not much discount then either

I'm pretty sure that sales have never been "high" for these bikes in the Denver market. Lots of new '08's and a few '07's still around. I don't mind paying a little above what the dealers get them for, but I'm not THAT in love with 'em to go more than $500 above invoice.
Thanks,
John

depends on the Tax and lic as in NV the Lic. was high back in the day and some places the taxes may be $1000
add in Licat $70 to $800 depending where you are at and you can hit the 15k mark real fast . Throw in a extended warrenty or service pass and you could be at 16 or 17 , Get used to over high prices as inflation comes around to hit us in a year or so

I know where there is a '08 with 800 miles on it with an asking price of $8000.
You would have to come to Alabama. Looks like it has a Brocks exhaust system on it.

I just talked to the dealer again and he said he would reduce the price by $1000. That would bring the OTD down to $14,161. Screw that! I told him thanks, but no thanks.

Im not saying that if you go for last years 08 or a slightly used one you wont save a bundle but if you want to be the first one to ride a current 2010 out the door with TTL and a 4 year warrenty plus maybe all maintance paid for its going to cost a tad more than sticker .
just trying to be realistic as I buy new stuff because its worth it to me most of the time or I wait a few months to a year and buy it as last years model. but I got the oil change and all service for the next 4 years with the extended warrenty and it cost way to much but I tend to put around ten a year on the bikes so its worth it not to have to pay for the valves 2 or three times and they change the oil for me . Hard to argue warrenty work if they do all the service maintance . Also I do take enough time to do that stuff myself and its not as much fun as it used to be

The quotes I got were for the bike including fees and taxes OTD - no extras and no extended warranty. Too much money for a bike that I can get in 8 months for about $3500 less. I don't want one THAT bad!

Thats what Im saying if we want it now as in the newest its a easy 3K more than if we wait for a year . I didnt want to wait for a year as I wanted specific color and I wanted all the extended stuff as its just easier for me .
I looked at waiting and then I might not have gotten my color choice or could have went used or just picked up last years color as in the SE 08 . I liked that color but thte green hooked me and they maed more on it in March. Heck they still sold it for 12oo under sticker so Im not that upset as I got what I wanted ,when I wanted and how I wanted .
Just I understand getting any or all three of those does cost more
