Good vids to get you started on suspension

I saw these today while purusing youtube. It is a good starting point to get the clueless like me on their way to a better performing suspension. Best of all it is done on a zx14 so hope this helps others like myself.

its a two part so make sure you go to the top one first. Enjoi. 2WW

Thanks Jolly, I set mine up last night. But today its raining and I cant test it.. BOO. I weight 225 Front preload two turns out from max hard rebound 1 turn out from full hard comression three clicks out. Rear Three out from full hard compression, rebound half (for now) cant get on my preload but I want to add a full turn and take some compression out to give me more adjustment option there ( lowered and cant get the spanner on the adjuster due to swing arm being in the way )

It was these videos I watched when i did mine and it made the world of difference, however i plan on upgrading my springs and rear suspension this winter, i went from a couple of mm's chicken strips to killing them just from some adjustments..

Yea I'm really hoping this will get me back in those corners. I lost some turn in with my drop. If this doesnt get me back or better I may have to bring it back up a little in the rear. My fingers are staying crossed till the rain ends and I can get out there and see for sure.

EEWWWW, snow. I hate snow.

Sorry to hear the season is now over for you guys out there, we will be thinking about you.

I am dying to get mine back on the road after all this brake work I am doing. Next week I should have the lines and gaskets, then I am going to tackle the suspension and really test out my new Diablo Rossa's and Galfer brakes.

Looking forward to it, hope it stays nice out here.

Still now results for mine. Rain, rain, rain..... WTF it's October and I am rained out. If it were snow I would fully except it but rain for three days straight. Bull$#!T. And now they have torn up the whole street in housing and I am going to have to find a new route to get the bike out of here. Not looking good for the home team.
