LED Blinkers

Ok, so I bought some LED super bright Amber blinkers on Ebay and I love em. But the inevitable fast blinking is happening b/c of the low current draw. I know you can buy a relatively expensive load equalizer to make them blink normal again, or you can add some sort of transistor in line. Are there any electronics junkies in here that now how to do that?
