Air Filter Decision...help!!

I have M4 drag slip-ons, PC III, Flies Out, and Stock Filter.

I ride mainly on the street and go to the track sometimes. I am looking to purchase an air filter and want to know what I should get a street or race...BMC, K&N, or Pipercross.

Any suggestions????

Thanks for the input.

I run the BMC race filter with no flies PCIII fullsystem and custommap and have nothing bad to say about it they are all good choices. I find the BMC to be less expensive and the KN wasn't avialable when I bought mine. So a little price research and I would base my purchase on that IMHO.

Hey Vader, I was looking at those M4 drag slipons...How do you like em? How do they sound? Any power to be had with them? My $.02, I will be getting a pipercross race filter. I've heard and read they are very good. Though, I can't imagine aftermarket filters being very dissimilar as they're all made to breath better and be reused, but I've also been told not to bother with a K&N; I guess it really just comes down to preference. Dyno's won't show more than 1hp or 2 b/c you don't have forced air on the dyno......

Well after further research, I have decided to go with the KR Tuned slip ons b/c back in february 2008 a magazine did some dyno comparisons and KR came out on top as far as making the most HP. I do like loud, believe me, my last bike was a 125" Vulcan 2000, yes it was 2053cc V-twin with a Hard Krome 2:1 that always made me the rider on the right...no one could stand riding next to me...... But I don't wanna spend $500+ on a set of pipes that might get me 5hp....... I'll take a compromise of performance and sound.
