Must not be many of us.

I guess not a lot of people are riding the ZX12. There is hardly ever anything new to read on this section. The 6R section has a million new posts everyday. I think many people are riding smaller bikes. Also, I think those who are going bigger are buying Busas. I recently had my bike at a performance shop. Me and one other guy ride ZX12's and everyone else there are riding Busas. I probably see 10 Busas for every 12 I see. However, I do like riding a bike that not everyone else is riding.

Nah, I just think that what ever bike came out in the last recent years(maybe within the last 2 or so, maybe 3) are gonna be the ones with the most talk. For instance, have you noticed the 250 section is comin back? I'm sure if they came out with a 12 next year this section would suddenly spring to life.

I like having a bike that you don't see too many of. Go to any bike night and you see 1 or 2 ZX12's and 50 gsxr's and that sort of thing. It's nice to be different.

Unfortunately there just really aren't that many 12's out there. I live in FL and go to bike week every year. For every 12 I see, I see about 10 busas. Even now since 2006, I see more 14's then 12's around here. It was kinda nice riding a bike that I didn't see everywhere I went.

You think riding a 12R is rare trying pulling up with a turbo/nitrous 12R. Now that is rare. Gets more attention than any of the Busas.
That is why I put the stickers back on so they know what beat them.

From what I gather from this board and a couple other cycle boards, and this is obviously just a generalization but, the younger guys/gals usually own the smaller 600's and have a lot more free time to post/chat. The rest of us probably started on smaller bikes and have grown into the liter or larger bikes and we are all at work trying to pay the bills, mortgage, etc...
As an example: I can't believe the number of posts that show up on an EX500 (my wife's bike) site I sometimes go to in the evening. There can be 4-5 pages. Most of those posters are about 19 - 25 ....
