Lowering the front will make the bike turn quicker, but makes it more
unstable at high speeds.
Lowering the rear does just the opposite. Lowering the rear makes high speed
more stable, and it also helps greatly to keep the front end down when you're
doing a hard launch...
Lower the rear and you can pretty much do 6000 rpm clutch drops without
doing a wheelie... I'm assuming you know how to get down on the bike etc...
