ZX12R flooding / fueling

Hi Guys hope some one can help me i have just bought a ZX12r 2002 the bike keeps flooding the engine with fuel, when it does run it passes so much fuel it catchs fire inside the pipe , the preavious owner had it to the dealer who said they thought the ecu had gone , i have replaced ecu and its still the same the bike shows no codes but clearly is not right , i could do with some pointers in the right dirrection , any suggestions would be of help , it apears to be all four cylinders so i would presume some how the system is excess fueling , are thier any component failures that would cause this ?
Thanks Ashley

If it had carbs, I would guess stuck floats since the fuel pump won't cycle of until proper system pressure is reached, but with EFI, it may be the ECU is not getting the right signal from a sensor.

Talking Sorted!!

Hi Guys found the fault today , the air pressure sensor vacum pipe had a blockage at the sensor (a blob of paint some one had marked pipe and sensor) . Once the sensor gets no vacum i presume the system goes to excess fuel for starting , so the result of no vacum is the same as having a choke right on , once vacum was working the sensor all is running fine.
