need help with 2000 zx12 fi light on

I have a 2000 model zx12,I have been trying to fix,the problem is the fi light is on and the bike idles rich,when you throttle it hard it dies,I checked the self diagonis it is code 11,tps sensor,put a new one, same thing,changed the wiring harness, same thing,put a different ecm, same thing, do you have to clear the codes,if so how.Can someone help me,,thanks...
