2000 ZX 12R brake issues...please help!!!!

I need brakes for my 2000 ZX12. I thought I could limp along this summer but I'm having serious doubts. I'm looking at Alth rotors or rotors from brake tech. And I'm still not sure if I should go with new calipers. I emailed some of the distributes and they, of course, got right back to me and proceeded to spew their product line to me. Ughh!! I put on new EBC wave rotors and EBC double H pads. I have 6-piston Tokico calipers and the bike has 35K on the odo. I have practically no initial bite and under hard riding I get brake fade. What gives!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Should I change out the entire system considering the mileage on the bike? New calipers, rotors etc.... ????

I got 46000 miles on my oem 2000 ZX 12 brake calipers and there just fine and solid, sound to me you just need some braided lines and bleed or vacuum out the air. also move your brake adjuster down to like 1,2,or 3.

with my brakes one finger is all I need and my zx12 isn't babied, i do trackday all the time "I work for the trackday" so I am all ways hard on the brakes
