Lost All Power at 95 MPH

Need some help guys.
I was riding along Thursday night and all of a sudden my guages went dead and the engine turned off. I coasted off to the site of the highway and tried starting her up but nothing. I ended up getting it towed back to my house. Figured maybe it was the battery. But I just checked and the battery is good.
Anyone else ever experienced this problem? I also checked the fuses and they're all good also. Now I'm stumped. Don't know what to check next.
Who's got some ideas on what the problem is and how I can fix it. Really don't want to take her to a shop, but I will have to if I can't get this done on my own. HABU.

Man It Could Be A Number Of Things. The First Thing That Poped In My Mind Would Be The Kick Stand Safety Switch. Or Maybe Even A Battery Lead If Your Not Getting Any Power To The Bike. If It's None Of Them Your Gonna Have To Dig Into It.

look at your stator connector to the regulator zx12 are known for shorting out the plug its happened to me be for thats what is sound like to me I bought a new batter thinking that was all I need not
