Injectors

thats what I want, Im desperate because nobody can really tell me if the reality of my bike is to adjust the fuel injectors, my zx12r 2000 is amazing but recently began to make a noise like an old boat:ramm...ramm...ramm at the moment that get started, giving it no gas in the throttle, I am from Mexico and unfortunetly it`s very common to hear from bike mechanics to make you do things to your bike that don¨t need only for taking your money, that`s the reason of by desperate request, someone told me that the fuel inyectors need to be recalibrated because in Mexico they work diferent, my argument was that bikes have a chip that autoregulate the altitude and because that it autoregulates the combustion and never mind if the bike is rolling in Europe, or America, can anybody tell me if that is real?
thanks a lot.....
