Neutral to first gear

Went for a ride yesterday and noticed when i was at a stop light i was in
neutral, i shift to first gear and is sounded like the gear was grinding to first
gear,. any suggestions on what to do? i have a 96zx11 with only 5K miles.

my zx11 is very noisy shifting into first as well. not sure what to do bout it though

recent oil change?????? Also if it is anything like mine it is extremely rpm sensitive.

its either your clutch not fully disengaging or your idle is too high, if its not either of those check back with us

i am having a problem with my second gear falling out into neutral when i get into the throttle in 6,000 rpm or higer in second. what the fuck is that, and it is getting really hard to get it into the second gear.
