it all depends on your preferences. i have a vance & hines supersport 4-1 system which is pretty loud. i dont know much about muzzy but from what ive heard d&d is the loudest. unfortunatly there arent many exhaust options for this bike

D&D is about the loudest system you can get; if you don't care about your neighbours, you could get one. Personally, I would avoid it like the plague.

Like joostertag wrote, V&H supersport si also quite noisy with its small round muffler. V&H SS2R is much quieter and better looking (oval can) but overall quality is average. Muzzy is also among the quite noisy systems. Best choices are Yoshimura and Micron but I think Yosh is discontinued.

If you want some more choice, just look for complete after-market 4-1 systems made for ZZ-R1200 (2002 - 2005); they are a perfect bolt-on on any ZX-11.

If you prefer the look of 2 mufflers, get ZZ-R1200 OEM headers and use a pair of slip-ons made for ZZ-R1200. They also are a perfect bolt-on on any ZX-11.

I was looking at Micron, nice exhaust. I heard V&H are cheap quality. I'll also keep in mind on the ZZR-1200 exhaust. thanks for the help.

i had a d&d pipe and it was only on the bike a week. lost all kinds of power. i had a v&h with a carbon can and it was a nice pipe for the money.
