Need advice on a high revving engine
I just finished rebuilding my 94 ZX-11 motor from the pistons up and when I started the motor it ran but after about two minutes of normal idling it started to rev up high and the only way I stopped it was to shutdown the engine. The only hose thats not connected to anything is a 12 inch hose that is connected to two 3 inch hoses coming from between the 1 & 2 carbs and the 3 & 4 carbs before it started revving high you could rev it manually like normal . The reason the 12 inch hose is not connected is because I added a smog block off kit to my valve cover and I am not sure whether to block it off or other. Any Advice
