Please help starting problem

I have a starting prob on my 95 zx11 d .when you go to start it it does not turn over this is an intermittint prob. when it does this there is a clicking sound coming from the fuse center.my question is is there relays built into the inside of it.because even know it is clicking there is no power coming out of it to the starter silonoid by the batt.has any one else had this probelm and does any one have one for sale. i know the silonoid is good for there is no power going to it from the start wire and there is to the fuse center

My 96 did the same thing. The solenoid tested ok so I changed the fuse/junction box (EBAY). Problem solved. good luck
