Dynotronics now offering 2011 ZX10R ECU REFLASH

Dynotronics now offering 2011 ZX10R ECU REFLASH

Thats right, the new reflash for the lastest version of the ZX 10R is here, NOW!

We offer the same great emap service on the '11 that we have for the 04-10;
Timing maps optimized, fuel trims recurved, timing retards in lower gears removed, secondary throttles remaped 1:1, upper gear throttle restrictions removed, Speed and rev limiters raised, ect

Pricing is 399.00 plus shipping. 24 hour turn around time, and custom retuning(within reason) for the life( the bikes, not yours!), and guaranteed results!

Yes your right, we do also offer the race conversion for the zx10r also with cables and software so you can adjust the base reflash yourself.

BTW, 2011 zx10r picked up 15-17 whp with the flash alone!!!

Sorry we are in the process of changing the site to a new name and form, so it's a bit behind right now.

What can I tell you about it. I will tell you the stock bike we just did picked up 16 whp with nothing more than the flash

Depending on the ECU spec.... you will gain that much,Euro spec ECU's don't have a power restriction and are running the same power standard off the floor...

funny you say that today, we just read an ecu from south africa on a euro spec bike, and yes, they do have the retards in the lower gears, and poor timing maps, as well as the speed limiters. Infact the file looks very much like the North American file with a few changes

I agree with you about the retards in the lower gears and the speed limiters, I was talking about the Maximum HP gain.... I say again: You will not gain 15-18HP on ALL ECU's depending on the ECU Spec.... Some Euro Spec ECU's do not have the power restrictions like the American ECU Spec.... Well done on your gains though.....

we should have a dyno sheet on the bike from SA very soon, so it will be interesting to see the gains

Hey Guys,

I am on the market for a new literbike and this information has piqued my curiosity. I have a few questions, though:

1- Does this re-flash of the ecu you are suggesting, with increased rpm limit, power and all, affect the oem warranty? I mean, if you blow up an engine, I doubt Kawa USA or Kawa Canada will want to pay for anything, as you dramatically altered the bike and the parameters within which it will operate (extended rpm range, as an example). Any official info on this?

2- Would you have a graph of the torque curve (before and after the reflash)

3- Are these measurements taken with a totally stock bike and then the same totally stock bike with only the reflash?

4- Seeing that the additional HP is achieved mainly in the over-revs allowed by altering the stock rev-limiter, it does not look like it is going to make it a better street bike (or a better track bike if the track is tight, for that matter) unless you dramatically improved the torque curve. I am correct?

6- Will the map you are creating work for everyone, given that we all ride in different countries/areas at different altitude, barometric pressure, etc.?

Thanks for providing all the details.

Rush

Wow, that's a helluva HP jump from a reflash alone, good job. Love the paint job on the bike, the stock color is too green for me. Yours looks just about right.

Excellent I will be picking up my 2011 in late November! I kinda put the cart before the horse and picked up a akrapovic evo ti fs on eBay because it was half the price of a new one! I have been reading up on the new ZX and it looks like 190hp is pretty easy to achive! I also read that there is a 185 mph restriction even with the ecru flashed. Have u tackled this obstical yet! I was looking at an attack unit as well can u beat there price if so u will have a customer when the bike comes home
