Zx-10-06 Change Valve Gasket????

hi .. would like to know whether to change the valve cover gasket wants to come down the engine???

Try tightening the cover nuts 1st?

Took me all day to do it. change the plugs while your at it. You don't have to take the motor out. The service manual will give you some guidance.

I had to do it earlier this year. its a pain in the ass but it can be done easily if you have done it before. be careful how much torque you put on those cover bolts. i snapped one of them off accidentally, and had to get that cam cover thing re-threaded so that the cover would have a secure fit. just take your time. thats my advice.

Get the torque specs from the shop manual. if you can't find them, let me know. I'll look it up for ya..
